Lovely large double room with own bathroom

There are two double bedrooms, which are part of our house.
We are a married couple whose children have grown up and no longer live at home.
Monday to Friday or 7 days per week considered.
The bedrooms each have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table and they share a bathroom. There is use of the kitchen.
The advert doesn't show the location correctly, we are very close (walking distance) to Southern Water, Equiniti and David Lloyd Leisure.
As it is our own house and we live here we are looking for someone to respect the room / bathroom.
