Single room and double room to let, bills included

Single room has a single bed and chest of drawers, room for a wardrobe to be put in.

The double room has a single bed in currently, but a double bed could easily be fitted in, also has large fitted wardrobe and drawers

House comes with front and back garden, private driveway, down stairs toilet, full use of front room bathroom and kitchen, WiFi and smart television

I am preferably looking for working females, but will consider working males also or a working couple in the double room, in which case own double bed would need to brought

I'm a sociable person, so I am looking for people that are bubbly and have a positive outlook I'm on life, I want a logder/lodgers who we can become friends!
