One bedroom fully furnished annex flat in Durrington. No smokers, no pets, no children.

Single professionals only couples not considered for long term rents due to size but we would consider for shorter stays.

Rent includes all bills including WiFi. Plenty of parking..

Shared front door / porch entrance with main property but with fully lockable door to annex. Back door to access garden for main property. Will be available to use periodically dependant on family events

Due to the annex being attached to our main property some basic references will be required, e. g. proof of employment and basic character references (we will no longer consider people that are self employed due to previous issues with rent payments)

This is a lodger agreement and not a tenancy so no security deposit will be held in the scheme. We will however require a months rent in hand in case of failed payment. Rent will be due on the first working day of each calendar month.

About us: Couple in 40s, work full time. Sometimes at home. We have an energetic dog. He is very friendly, will never be left alone and will not disturb you.
