We have a perfect location!

Our house is large, bright, airy, clean, modern, colourful and comfortable which we absolutely love. We are a couple of professionals living in our first house and looking to share with someone, who is a non-smoker and no pets are allowed.

The room is bright, comfy, and spacious, a freshly decorated place with a Wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, a study table with a chair, a mirror, a smart tv, a fan, and a decent bed with a brand new duvet, a mattress topper, bed linen set, and pillows.

It is a lovely room with clear views over the gardens. The room is next to the shared bathroom.

We have a good size kitchen-diner and also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a comfortable lounge to relax in of the evening.

All bills are included in the price i. e., very fast wifi, council tax, utility bills etc.

We are looking for a professional individual with tidy habits and good conversation. As people, we are very polite, friendly, welcoming, considerate and respectful. We are looking for a like-minded person to live on good terms in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

We are friendly, and tolerant although wouldn’t appreciate loud music during the night or boyfriends/girlfriends staying overnight, I hope you understand 😊

We require one month's deposit and a minimum of three month's stay.
