We are offering furnished double room with en-suite in our family home for professional or a student.

We expect you to be tidy, friendly, not too noisy.

The room is in a new build four bed detached house and situated in new state behind Durrington Tesco extra.

The room is currently furnished with double bed, bed side tables, table lamps, large built in wardrobe.

The room is well decorated throughout has garden and everything you would expect in the kitchen.

My family consists of me, my husband and two children age 3 and 5 years and our friendly cat.

We mainly occupy ground and the first floor. The second floor consists of double room with en-suite.

1.6 miles to Goring by sea train station and 5 minutes walk to Tesco.
