Room in Family Home

Double room in family home, l live here with my teenage son, two small dog's and one bird .There is use of kitchen, washing machine lounge ,bathroom and toilet, there is also use of a garden.
The room has a fridge and freezer in it but can be removed if wished. Sky tv in room and WiFi Smoking is outside only vaping is allowed inside.
There is parking front and back of property and a bus stop just outside that goes into worthing. Train station is a 15 minute walk away . Would prefer full time working person and someone who is clean and tidy and respectful and quiet in the evenings .
