Wanted: live-in personal assistant

I am offering a double room for minimal rent in exchange for some household chores and assistance with my business.
The room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and a tv . There is shared use of communal areas, including kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
The number of hours worked per week would be not more than 12 hours. Tasks would include mainly domestic tasks and other small jobs by prior agreement.
I am self employed and work very long hours so I won't be at home much. I would very much appreciate someone to keep the house clean and tidy while I am working. Thank you.
