Bright, airy furnished double room in Durrington

I have a bright and airy double room in my house available to rent in Durrington. My preference is for a professional single woman, although someone studying at college or university would also work. The room is available on a flexible basis, to be agreed. Ideally I'd like to rent it for a minimum of 3 months and I have no upper time limit in mind, as long as things are working out for both of us!

The room is furnished and the dimensions are approximately 3.7m x 3m (12ft x 10ft). There is a built in storage area with shelves and hanging rail. The room overlooks the back garden and neighbouring properties. The area is quiet and peaceful.

The house is occupied by my daughter and myself. I work professionally away from home during the day and my daughter has a home-based job. We are approximately 100 metres from the bus stop, close by Durrington medical centre, and about a 15-20 minute walk to Durrington train station. Supermarkets and other local amenities are also fairly close by, within walking distance.

It is a friendly, welcoming household and someone who is kind, with a good personality, will fit right in. You will have shared access to all the normal facilities.

Please note that the bed in the photograph is shown purely to illustrate the size of the room. We intend to buy a new bed prior to the rental commencing.

The rental will be £700 per calendar month to include all utilities and BT broadband.
