Double room in cul-de-sac

One room is now available to let. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv. Wifi and Netflix plus all household bills are included.

The bathroom and kitchen is shared with two others - myself and one other lodger. Appliances available for use include a gas hob, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

The house is set back from the road with direct access to a public footpath that leads to Tesco supermarket. A bus stop is very close by for easy access into town.

I am looking for a lodger who doesn't smoke.
