One double room and one single room in a recently refurbished semi-detached house with Wifi Internet and TV aerial connections in rooms. Sky TV is also available in the lounge. Both rooms have beds and storage available if required at no extra cost.

There is also a large garden with patio and storage for bicycles. Barbecue equipment and outside seating is also available to enjoy the summer with.

Kitchen includes tall fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and bread making facilities.

Bathroom includes power shower.

Utility bills are included except telephone calls. Internet access and Sky TV are included - fair usage applies.

Free parking available.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy and would appreciate others who think being clean and tidying up after yourself is important. I prefer taking at least 6 month terms.
