Large Spacious Double Room to Rent – Cat Lover Essential 🐾

A large, spacious and airy double bedroom is available in a friendly two-bedroom household, living with the landlady.
The room is bright, comfortable and has plenty of space. Please note the room is currently shown without a bed in the photos; however, I am happy to provide a bed for the right person, which is why the pictures do not show one.
A genuine love of cats is essential as my furry companions are a big part of the household. 🐱
I work for the ambulance service on 12-hour shifts, including some unusual hours, so I really value my downtime, privacy and, most importantly, my sleep. Because of my shift patterns and the nature of my work, I’m looking for someone who is considerate, respectful and understands the importance of a calm home environment.
Please note: I am not looking for someone who works from home, as I value having a good balance in the house and quiet time when I’m off shift.
There is off road parking.
Im a 10 minute walk to Tescos Extra in Durrington. There are buses on the Estate. The nearest train station is Goring by Sea.
