Description
We are looking for a clean, honest and reliable person to join this three-person, professionals' houseshare. To be compatible, he/she must be in full-time employment, must know how to share and must be willing to contribute to the usual household chores. Please note that the household is not suitable for students or home workers.
The double room on offer is fully furnished, with double bed, three double wardrobes and desk. All parts of the house are shared (the 2 living rooms, kitchen, conservatory). The new housemate will share the communal shower room with only one other housemate (the other housemate has his own en suite).
Outside there is a welcoming garden (maintained by the landlord) plus space for two cars at the front (with plenty of unmetered off-road parking, also.) There is also a secure covered passage for the storage of bikes.
The house is close to the A27 and A259 and Worthing centre is a 20-minute bus ride away. Durrington On Sea station is 1.4 miles away. A Tesco's superstore is a 10-minute walk.
Monthly price is inclusive of rent, standard utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax (Band D) and occasional communal area cleaning. There is, however, a surcharge for electric vehicle battery charging if applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot take either pets or those wishing their young children to visit or stay.
