Hi, I'm Stuart.
I have south facing small double room available for ideally for midweek rent only. Happy to consider if anyone just wants to use the room for storage or anything. Try me you never know.
Small 2 bed terrace house in Durrington with easy parking, 2 min walk to the Pulse bus , Durrington train station is 1 mile and 10 minute walk to Tesco Extra.
There is a single bed, small tv and small chest of drawers and built large built in wardrobe. I'm happy if you want to bring any of your own furniture etc.
Rent includes internet, use of utilities. I. e. kitchen, washing machine etc.
Quiet neighbourhood away from the main road. Im an easy going friendly guy , the downstairs is my living space as i don't spend much time in my room I prefer to have to myself of an evening. I work mon-fri 9 to 5.
