In the grounds of a Georgian farmhouse the Lodge is close to the sea, with fields and Down's view and has its own GARDEN &. PARKING. Short term rent to end March.

The Lodge is a new and fully equipped holiday lodge centrally located on the Manhood peninsular. It includes a utility/laundry, gas central heating, LOG BURNER, TV and WIFI. A 10 minute cycle or 25 minute walk (across the RSPB bird reserve opposite) will take you to the private Ham Beach.

All utility bills and a fortnightly clean are included.

The rent is short term only so that holiday makers can come for the summer. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside chest, dressing table/desk, and ensuite shower room.

Bed 2 has a single bed, bunk beds, desk, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and small wardrobe. It has its own bathroom with shower over the bath. There is extra hanging provision in the hall.

Unless the whole bungalow is taken each room must be for one person.

The Lodge is rural, on a country Lane between East Wittering, Sidlesham and Almodington - all 5 mins.
A car is needed. There's lots of parking.

Chichester is only 12 minutes.
Bracklesham Bay, East Wittering and West Wittering - are less than 10 mins.
Goodwood, Selsey etc - all easily reachable.
