Spacious furnished double room with views over garden and to South Downs in 3 bed S/D cottage attached to my office, with shared bathroom (with bath and power shower) , shared (old fashioned) kitchen, living room and dining room as well as downstairs wc.

Flatmates - Me, a young 62, professional, hard working chap who only occasionally stays. likes pilates when he can, and beer / wine with supper, occasional TV.
Flatmate (M) 30 , professional, clean and tidy who likes gym, home cooking and relaxation.
