I have a good sized unfurnished double bedroom available in a two bedroom house in East Grinstead.

The room is available from the 7 June and is unfurnished.

The rest of the property is furnished, with a large living room, small garden and kitchen. There is one downstairs toilet and one shared bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower.

The house is only a short minute walk from the town centre and East Grinstead station, there is parking outside the house within the quiet cul-de-sac.

I have lived in the house for the last four years with two different friends, I am friendly and like to keep the house clean. I work from home during the week or am travelling into London for meetings. I also have a friendly house cat.
