For rent, a nice, clean and tidy maisonette in a sought after area. 7 Minutes walk from East Grinstead train station and Sainsbury's.
This place is now advertised for sale and is prepared for sale, hence it is available on short term basis for rent. I don't live there, so the whole flat and the bathroom will be for the tenant's sole use.
I will provide a washing machine and a small fridge freezer. There is a reasonable sized wardrobe in the second room, that is staying.
I can provide a double bed and mattress as well.
This is a superb flat that has been recently professionally cleaned and partly decorated, in preparation to be sold. It has got a lovely garden and an amazing summer house, with power supply. The term of tendency will be 8 weeks, to be reviewed and potentially extended. I put it here on spare room, as I could be requiring an access when a viewing is planned (quite infrequently). This will be also organised with the tenant. It is obvious that I am doing that to help with the costs of the mortgage, as I am now renting another house. Saying this I will be selective to ensure the person/couple who live(s) there, will be looking after the property.
The tenant(S) would be responsible for the council tax and bills.
