The flat itself is 2 minutes walk from East Grinstead train station, 2 minutes walk to the town centre and 2 minutes away from Sainsburys supermarket.

With everything near by, it's perfect for someone who doesn't drive. If you have a car you can purchase a permit from the East Grinstead Library which is normally about £80 a year I believe. Alternatively there is a car park at the bottom of the road where no permit is needed.
I work full time and spend most evenings at the flat or go out with friends and family.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen.
Kitchen: washing machine, oven, grill, microwave and fridge.
Bathroom: Shower.

Wifi is included, underfloor storage heating used throughout and overall a lovely and homely flat to live in. 1 Inbuilt wardrobe and bed with storage are supplied.

The occupant must be female, clean and tidy. Social but also likes there own space.
Currently, I have supplied a desk and an office chair for the lodger in addition to everythinge else: these could be removed if you would prefer.
