 Fully furnished single room in friendly family home

 Freshly decorated, lots of natural light, very quiet location

 Adjacent bath/shower room. Sole use except during university holidays when our son comes home. The bathroom has been completed refitted and hardly used so is in pristine condition!

 Use of shared areas including:
o Modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
o Laundry room.
o Large garden with decking and patio areas.
o Upstairs living/study room with sofa, TV and desk. We have our own lounge so although this is shared we hardly use it in the evenings or at weekends.

 The house is situated 15/20 mins walk from the station and 10mins from the town centre. Gatwick Airport is a 20 minute drive.

We are a very social couple in our early fifties who enjoy food, wine, live music, stand-up comedy, BBQs, walking, travelling and chilling-out. As our son is now at university we have decided to rent out our spare room. We have two very friendly cats but they are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms.

We are looking for a professional person who is independent, clean, tidy and easy to talk to.
