The room includes its own kitchen area and is close to a shower room shared with two other tenants. It is on the second floor with views over the garden.

The kitchen includes a sink, a full-size cooker, a fridge/freezer and microwave. The room also comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, table and chairs. You will also have use of a utility room with washing / drying machines and the shared garden.

Drury Lodge is a wonderful Victorian building with high ceilings and large windows. It is in a quiet residential road a short walk from the centre of East Grinstead. Free parking is available in the street outside. Cleaners come three times a week and a gardener fortnightly.

The rent Includes council tax, water and the heating in the shared areas. It is £800 per month for single occupancy and £850 for double occupancy.
