Annexe room in town near Waitrose

The room is a double annexe with its own separate entrance. It has an ensuite hand basin too, though main bathroom is shared. The house is in town in a quiet road near Waitrose. The kitchen is shared and there is a small back garden which can be used and a lounge space that can be used communally at various times, usually over the weekends and some evenings.

I am a professional Artist, working from home, and make regular trips to the US, sometimes of several months’ duration. Although I have no pets since my last passed away in October 24, the neighbours cats are regular, daily visitors, so if you're super sensitive it may not work for you. 😊

Smoking isn't allowed in the house but outside is okay with due consideration as to disposal. A small pet may be considered but not a dog as the space isn't really suited to one.
