The house is situated in a stunning rural location on the outskirts of East Grinstead. It is accessible a mile down the end of lane which comes of the A22 in between Forest Row and East Grinstead.

The house has a large communal garden with beautiful outlook with an open feel to it. There is parking and it would be advisable for loggers to have own transport due to the walking distance from the town, village and public transport.

It is a perfect location for riding bikes as its has easy access to the Forest Way which is a 10 mile disused old railway track that runs from East Grinstead to Groombridge and used for walking, cycling, horse riding and enjoyment of the countryside. It also connects to the Worth Way which is a 7 mile track connecting East grinstead to Three Bridges

This space is within our family home and we would like to make sure that we are all able to maintain a level of harmony required living side by side in this lovely old house.
