Drury Lodge is a wonderful, peaceful, Victorian building with high ceilings and large windows. It is in a quiet residential road a short walk from the centre of East Grinstead. Free parking is available in the street outside.

Fibre broadband is provided free of charge.

The bed / sitting room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and sofa. The kitchen includes a sink, a full-size cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and table and chairs. You will also have use of a utility room with washing / drying machines and of the of the shared garden.

All the shared areas and the bathrooms are cleaned weekly and a gardener maintains the garden.

Rent is £850 per month. This includes fibre broadband, council tax, water and the heating and hot water in the shared areas including the bathroom.
