The room is a garden room opening up to the garden. Facilities are shared, such as kitchen, bathroom. There is laundry facility, once a week. This room is small and would suit a quiet professional. No pets, no couples , no smokers. The house is an 18th century bnb, which is run by the owner. Rent is paid weekly, a month deposit and work reference is required. Good links to London, kent, sussex and Surrey. Good WiFi and own access to the room from garden and eating in the out eating area is ok. Guests come for bnb stay, so facilities must be kept clean and tidy at all times. The room is only available till Mid June25.
