Large rural Cottage single occupancy room only.

Hi all , I’m lucky enough to have a quite place in the countryside close to the Ashdown Forest just 20mins from Gatwick.. Over the last couple of years I have been switching to a more self sustaining lifestyle and the progress is good, however there are still some projects that are a work in progress. I’m opening up this wonderful space to someone of a similar ilk, to share in the satisfaction of growing organic foods and being part of a local growing community of people who are pushing for the self sustainable lifestyle.
The cottage is still being renovated in areas , but is absolutely habitable, it has three bedrooms a large garden and outdoor living space.
It’s mainly heated from a log fired burner and electric water heater as well as oil wall mounted heating.
If you’re an outdoor type and love being in the English countryside than I shall look forward to welcoming you over for a cuppa and showing you around.
