tumble dryer. Rental available preferably from 1st September however im flexible on dates.
Would suit a working professional. 15min walk to East Grinstead station, 15 minute drive to Gatwick. East Grinstead high street gives access to a variety of pubs and restaurants. Londis and Aldi within walking distance, and Lidl, Sainsbury's supermarket and Morrisons accessible within a 5 min drive.
Rent: £750pm plus bills: £225 (includes Cleaning of shared space every other week) Optional room & bathroom clean for an additional fee. Thus total rent per month being £975
A bit about me: working professional, Clean and tidy but not over the top, I enjoy socialising but also appreciate my own space. My ideal housemate would be clean, respectful and sometimes social.
The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom and will be occupied by me and a potential tenant only.
