Double Room in a newly decorated house

📍Location: Conveniently located near East Grinstead town centre, 13min walk to train station and Sainsbury's and 10min walk to Aldi and Lidl

🛏️ Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, chest of draws & a built in wardrobe.

✅ What's included/provided: bed linen, pillows, two uses of washing machine per week and all bills.


🙏 Shared costs: dish washing liquid, laundry liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper
🏠 House: a mid terraced house recently decorated with 1 bathroom upstairs that is shared and a back yard (that is a work in progress at the moment). On street parking is available no permit required. You have full use of the living room and kitchen, you will have your own space in the fridge and cupboards. Cooking is encouraged.

🦮 Pets: I have a rescue dog that comes to work with me every day. He's good with people and other dogs so will consider you if you have one but unfortunately no cats, sorry. He barks when someone comes to the door but other than that very chill, he's very friendly. I keep him clean but he does shed a bit during summer.

🟢 The house is suitable for people who work 5 days a week during the day, working from home individuals will be considered but needs to be discussed. Night shift workers won't be considered, I'm sorry. I'll keep the house clean to a high standard. You'll be expected to clean your room and tidy up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom.
