A spacious double room is available to rent in a maisonette with shared facilities, including a communal living room.

The property is currently an all-male household, so we would prefer a male tenant to maintain the existing dynamic. The household is friendly and relaxed.

As with many shared homes, cleaning standards can occasionally slip, however this is actively being addressed and a cleaning rota is in the process of being introduced to keep the property well-maintained going forward.

🐾 Please note:
There are two cats living in the property, owned by one of the tenants, so the new housemate must be comfortable around cats.
