Double room available in a modern 2-bedroom flat in East Grinstead, just a short walk from the station, town centre, shops and restaurants.
Although this is technically a room rental, the flat is usually empty, so you would have full use of the entire apartment around 95% of the time, including the living space, kitchen and bathrooms.
We occasionally stay in the second bedroom for work at weekends, but this is infrequent and we would always provide at least 24 hours’ notice beforehand. We’re respectful, tidy and mainly just need somewhere to stay occasionally when working locally.
We’re also flexible on which bedroom you would prefer:

or
* The double bedroom next to the main bathroom
