This room is a large 23 sq m double room. It includes its own kitchen area and is next to a shared shower room.

The rent Includes council tax, water and the heating in the shared areas. Free fast Wi-Fi is also included.

The kitchen includes a sink, a full-size cooker, a fridge/freezer and microwave. The room also comes furnished with a bed (single or double as requested), mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, table and chairs. You will also have use of a utility room with washing / drying machines and the shared garden. Our cleaners come every week (for the shared areas) and a gardener fortnightly.

Drury Lodge is a wonderful Victorian building with high ceilings and large windows. It is in a quiet residential road a short walk from the centre of East Grinstead. Free parking is available in the street outside.
