Single room available near the station

There is currently one clean and well decorated single room available in a well maintained shared house in a quiet cul-de-sac, less than 5 minutes walk from East Grinstead station (under an hour into London). The house is very close to Sainsburys, and about 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

There is one comfortably-sized double room which has an en suite loo / shower. NOW TAKEN

The second room is a single room. There is a bathroom with lavatory and over bath shower downstairs which would be mainly used by the occupant of this room.

There is third bedroom that is occupied by the landlord, although he is often away. The kitchen and large sitting/ dining room are shared. The sitting/dining room has a small conservatory leading off it. There is a large garden which is kept well maintained - previous tenants have grown herbs and veg. There is a BBQ for sunny days!
