I am a Life Coach/therapist and have times during the week when the house needs to be quiet. This is always communicated in advance so that disruption is minimum.
It is preferable that my lodger works during the day. Not suitable for 'working from home'. They need to be energy/water/environmentally conscious, clean and considerate. Heavy drinkers/late night activity is not welcome.
It is a quiet, comfortable and friendly house and I would hope you could feel 'at home'. I and my partner are quiet, relaxed and considerate. I am also a tidy, open minded, happy person, who respects the privacy of others. I would welcome a like-minded lodger.
