Large loft room in quiet house

Large double loft room with a great view over the garden. Double bed, wardrobe, 2x chest of drawers, 2x bedside tables, futon sofa, which can be extended to make a double bed. Multiple power points, WIFI broadband. Use of family bathroom, kitchen diner, living room, large patio with BBQ and garden. We use the conservatory as our main living space, therefore the living room is mostly vacant during the warm weather [unless the rugby is on]. We do use it during the winter. Parking on driveway. Must be a dog lover as we have 2 small dogs (and they must be happy with you!). There are 2 pubs in the village and a shop with a Post Office. Only 1.5 miles to East Grinstead rail station. 1 mile from Forest Row. 25mins to Gatwick. Housemate must be in employment. No smoking. Sharing with an active, easy going, quiet couple.
