Bungalow in the quiet village of East Preston.
Double room available upstairs with own bathroom. This room has been a mix of lodger and Airbnb over the years.
It is currently on Airbnb so can also be seen there, although it can soon revert back to lodger status - as single occupancy.
There are local village shops and all the usual takeaways and restaurants. Close by are the main shopping areas at Rustington, Littlehampton and Worthing.
There has been a kitchen extension built and a loft conversion.
This room is part of the loft conversion. There is tea making facility in the room with microwave and small fridge. There is also a small desk and seating.
There is a large main kitchen with range cooker, 2 sinks and fridge/freezers and seating. There is a conservatory off the kitchen.
There is a lodger living here as well as myself and partner. There are also cats here.
Much as I would like to have people with pets here, with 6 cats already living here, it would not be possible.
There is also a large family room available if of interest.
