Bungalow in the quiet village of East Preston. Double room available upstairs with own bathroom.
There are local village shops and all the usual takeaways and restaurants. Close by are the main shopping areas at Rustington, Littlehampton and Worthing.
There has been a kitchen extension built and a loft conversion.
This room is part of the loft conversion and has its own bathroom and is for single occupancy only. There is tea making facility in the room with microwave and small fridge. There is also a small desk and seating.
There is a large main kitchen with range cooker, 2 sinks and fridge/freezers and seating. There is a conservatory off the kitchen.
There is a lodger living here as well as myself and partner. There are also cats here.
Much as I would like to have people with pets here, with 5 cats already living here, it would not be possible.
