Double Upstairs Room with Own Bathroom

Bungalow in the quiet village of East Preston. There are local village shops and all the usual takeaways/restaurants. Close by are the main shopping areas at Rustington, Littlehampton and Worthing.
There has been a kitchen extension built and a loft conversion.
This room is part of the loft conversion and has its own bathroom. I have let the room on Airbnb in the past.
It is a double room for single occupancy only. There is tea making facility in the room with microwave and small fridge.
There is a large main kitchen with range cooker, 2 sinks and fridge/freezers and seating. There is a conservatory off the kitchen.
There is already a lodger living here as well as myself and cats. My partner stays for a couple of nights in the week.
Much as I would like to have people with pets here, with 4 cats already living here, sometimes 5, it would not be possible.
