Large first floor (top floor) 2 bedroomed flat with a minimum age restriction of over 55. You will be my official sub-tenant with a housing association. They will need to approve your application to share with me.

As the official sub-tenant, you will have the flat to yourself whilst I am away working but we will officially be flatmates, and once you are approved by the housing association (takes about 10 days) the rent agreement will be between yourself and me.

I am an ex professional dancer and currently work in London doing sports massage where I stay during periods of work.
