The room is newly decorated and has a lovely bay window. New wooden blinds and blackout curtains. Firedoor with lock. Bills included except for the weekly cleaner, £17 split 3 days per week). Wifi etc. Shared bathroom, kitchen and rear conservatory, which has a breakfast bar, dining table, sofa and TV. Front and back gardens.
I'm looking for a quiet professional, who would keep the bathroom and kitchen in a clean state. The house is shared by myself, a female teacher with a passion for surfing and my lodger, a quiet, considerate and cool retail manager.
