Two friendly cats form part of the household.

Please be advised that the property is perfectly capable of providing all the necessary requirements for social distancing. For myself I will have a newly built loft extension with my own bathroom.

The two rooms being rented are more than 2 metres apart and, as mentioned, have their own ensuites. The kitchen arrangements will be discussed with each tenant individually.

I believe in very high standards of hygiene which I would expect in these times to be adhered too, however, your rooms are your own private domains and will remain that way in order to keep you safe with your own kettles and a microwave if you should wish to bring one with you.
