Lovely Double Room with Ensuite

As from the end of May, I am delighted to offer a lovely double room with ensuite in my 3 bed townhouse on the much sought after Kilnwood Vale estate, located in Faygate, midway between Horsham and Crawley, West Sussex. The room comes with a private parking space right in front of the house exclusively for the occupant, which is a bonus as the house is situated on a quiet branch road with no through traffic making it safe and secure. For those that don't drive there is a reliable and frequent bus services with routes to Horsham, Crawley and Gatwick, with the Gatwick services running through the night. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining area for cooking and dining only and the room itself is fully furnished with a spacious wardrobe, draws, bedside table and a wall mounted smart tv. There is also space under the bed for extra storage. Unfortunately I cannot facilitate additional furniture other than a small desk as the terms of the room are fully furnished only.

The room would suit a person looking for a peaceful haven after a stressful day at work as we each value our privacy but are content to have another like-minded person around.

There are two friendly cats in residence so if you suffer from allergies then it is probably not the place for you, sadly.

Non-smoking is an absolute must. Please be aware that the room is single occupancy only.
