A lovely, bright double room is available in a cosy, homely flat in East Grinstead (RH19 1EX) available immediately.

I’m Harriet (30) and looking for a friendly, relaxed, and respectful person to join my home. I work in Children’s safeguarding, hybrid working so a mix of being in the office and working from home.

I’m pretty busy and independent but would enjoy having someone who is open to spending time together… cooking, catching up, ideally someone who’s looking for a home, not just a place to stay.

About you:
Looking for someone easygoing, clean, and considerate, trustworthy with a good sense of humour. Ideal to keep shared spaces tidy and feeling safe. I’d really welcome someone who values a peaceful home but is also up for a shared meal or chat.

The flat:
• Bright double room double bed and wardrobe
• Spacious and comfy living room/kitchen with dining table
• Main use of the main bathroom (bath/shower)

Location:
• 10-minute walk into East Grinstead town
• 5-minute walk to East Grinstead Train Station
•20-minute drive to Gatwick
• Great bus connections right outside
• Friendly, community-feel town

The flat is privately managed by myself so any issues can get sorted straight away
