Lodger wanted ASAP in house 5 mins from beach

I have one double room to rent in my house. You will have your own bathroom as I have an en suite, chest of drawers and potentially wardrobe if necessary. I have a big lounge and kitchen diner with a huge garden with decking area that I enjoy keeping looking nice at the weekends. I’m very chilled and play football at night after work. On the weekends I go for a walk then come in and watch the football (sky sports available). We are just five minutes from the beach and can walk to nearest village within five minutes. I have a little(big) puppy who is in training so I hope you don’t mind dogs. I like it clean and that’s all I ask for you to keep yourself and your domain clean and clean up after yourself but other than that I will look forward to meeting you.
