An attractive double room for single occupancy to let in Felpham just 15 minutes walk from the village centre and seafront. Close to The University of Chichester (Bognor Campus) , Felpham College, Amazon and Rolls Royce. Felpham is midway between Portsmouth and Brighton, and ideally situated if you work in Chichester, Bognor, Littlehampton, or Worthing. The village centre has most of the facilities you need with three excellent pubs, and there are several supermarkets nearby.

Your room is fully furnished with plenty of storage space, consisting a double bed and mattress incorporating ottoman storage, a pair of bedside tables, a chest of drawers, cupboard, desk/dressing table, and airing cupboard.

In addition to your room you will have shared use of the kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher etc. ), family/dining room, lounge, main bathroom, toilet, and garden. You will have almost exclusive use of an en suite bathroom, other than when I occasionally have guests staying. I must however stress remains the family/shared bathroom. There is also space in a secure garage to store a bicycle.

There is Sky High Speed Broadband and television in the family room. Good phone signal all networks.

The house is strictly no smoking and the rental period is for a minimum of six months. You must be in regular full time employment. Full time students will be considered. The house is otherwise occupied by just myself as Property Owner.

We obvious need to be compatible and therefore you will need to speak good English my preference is for someone aged between 25-65. My interests revolve around sailing, real ales, Meetup groups, good food and fine wine. No, pets or children. I work from home and for that reason no home-workers.

Rent is £625 a month payable by standing order (approx. £144 a week) to include Council Tax, Broadband and all reasonable Utility bills. Minimum 6 months rental term. Refundable Deposit £650. References will be taken up.
