Double bedroom with its own separate living room

Thanks for your interest. My house is situated in a quiet cul du sac. The property has 3 floors and i am looking rent the top floor which has recently been redecorated and has a double bedroom, bathroom and its own separate living room.
Shared use of kitchen and washing facilities. The rooms are fully furnished.
I am a clean freak, and i am looking for a house mate who is clean and tidy and respects other peoples property.
There is a parking available, a south facing garden to enjoy in the summer.
It’s a 5 bedroom house over 3 floors so lots of space.
