Parking for a medium sized car is available on the drive. Street parking available for larger vehicles.
The house is in excellent condition.
The house is fantastically located in a quiet residential road between the sea front and Felpham village.
2 -5 minutes walk away are several cafes and pubs, tennis courts, mini golf, a park, the beach, Butlins, & Bognor Regis Campus of Chichester University
Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital is 15 - 20 minutes walk away.
Felpham Community College, Arun Leisure Centre & Bogor Regis Golf Course and Bognor Regis Town, Train Station & Shripney Road Retail Centre are 5 minutes drive/ 20 minute walk away
St Richard's Hospital, Rolls Royce, Goodwood Estate, Chichester, Arundel & Littlehampton towns are easy to get to by car.
The bus stops for 600/700 buses are 2/5 minutes walk away.
My now adult daughters live in London and are regular weekend visitors to the house.
I currently have 2 male lodgers. All have an ensuite.
The room will suit a quiet, friendly, clean, tidy professional person. Non smoker is essential
