I'm looking for a friendly, mature tenant to fit into a relaxed and welcoming house. Teachers, Mature students and International students on a placement year might suit this set-up as well. The room available is a good-size modern double room with its own large modern bathroom and is available from Mid-September.

Located in North Ferring on the west outskirts of Worthing, close to Highdown Hill, Northbrook College/Uni, Asda superstore, village shops and many amenities. By car the centre of Worthing is only 15 mins away, Arundel also 15 mins, Chichester and Brighton 30 mins. The regular bus route is a minute walk and the nearest train station only 10-15 mins walk.

The house has good facilities including a new kitchen and open plan living area, large south-facing garden, washing machine, off-raod parking and wifi.
