The Space
This is a brand new loft conversion within our bungalow. You have the upper floor to yourselves and we live below.
There is separate access to your self-contained loft via an external spiral staircase onto the terrace and double doors (must be able to walk up and down stairs to access the loft).

The loft is open plan but broadly divided into 3 zones. There is a kitchen/dining area on one end, a bedroom area with king size bed, sofas and TV in the middle and a small reading area with desk at the other end. There is a separate bathroom with shower and freestanding bath.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker and crockery. Please note there is no freezer or washing machine but there is a launderette nearby.
The living area has a Smart TV - Netflix login included.
There is seating outside on the terrace with nice views overlooking the cricket ground.

About us - please note that we have young children below and are a busy family. There may be noise from us below so please bear this in mind if you are a very light sleeper or need peace and quiet.

Location

Ferring is a lovely seaside village. The loft is approximately 15 mins walk to the beach, and just over a 5 minute walk to the north Ferring shops, restaurants/bars. We are close to the South Downs, 10 mins drive to centre of Worthing and 30 minutes by car to Brighton or Chichester.
