Room Available - All Bills/Parking - Ferring

Lovely furnished room available in detached house in Ferring. Looking for a female professional to share the space with myself, my mum, the dog and the cat. We have a large open plan modern kitchen and living room with bifold doors to the south facing garden. There is a downstairs shower room, a snug TV room and also a small laundry room. This available bedroom is upstairs, with a double bed, desk, small sofa bed and a TV with Sky and all the SVODs. We are very central in the village, a ten minute walk to the shops and a ten minute walk to Ferring Beach and the fab Bluebird Cafe. We are quite chilled but like to cook and sometimes have visitors. Looking for someone that is open and friendly but working full time.
