Double Bedroom in Idyllic Ferring Location

I am looking for someone who is working, clean and respectful of personal spaces to rent my spare double room in Ferring, ideally positioned for commuting anywhere in the Sussex area, close to main bus route and close to worthing town centre yet quiet and peaceful location within a few minutes walk to sussex downs and the beach with village greens all around.
Room currently furnished with 2 wardrobes and drawers with overhead cupboards and dressing table, double bed, wall mounted TV, DVD player and Curtains. Can be taken part furnished if preferred.
West facing overlooking large roof terrace and village green with Large shared Lounge, Newly fitted bathroom and Newly fitted Kitchen.
The Kitchen has all the usual fittings, fan oven, halogen hob, fridge freezer, microwave, seperate washer and dryer etc. but also has: Espresso Machine, Bread Maker, Steamer, Dolce Gusto Machine and a Dual Zone Wine Fridge.
700 bus stops on main Ferring street and goes all across the coast, Goring Train Station within walking distance..
Looking for someone to move in asap to available date.
Possible reduction of first rent for fast move in.
Couples welcome but may require a small increase in rent to cover bills.
