The house has all the mod cons including a new kitchen ,new bathroom underfloor heating and music in the bathroom.

I’m into all types of music and films so films nights are a must!
Theres no street lights in Ferring so if you like sitting in the garden and looking at the stars at night then you will love this place.
Ferring is in a great location to get access to the A24 or A27 if you travel

The house has 2 car parking spaces and also over looks 2 private greens so is pretty much bliss.
