Quiet, furnished double for weeknight stay

The Location
Findon Valley is in north Worthing and is close to the A27 and A24 which is great if you drive. If you don’t, you can take busses easily in all directions from the bus stop a few minutes walk away. The bus can take you to Worthing or West Worthing station in 14 minutes. There is free off street parking available at all times. If you’re a student at MET the journey is a bus ride away.

The House
A detached three bedroom 1930s build on a generous plot so if you like being outside amongst nature and lots of green you’ll have plenty to enjoy.

The room is available furnished.

There is a shared family bathroom on the same floor. There is a separate toilet downstairs.

There is WiFi throughout the house.

The housemates
You’d be sharing with my husband and I (we have an en-suite room).

We have demanding jobs so during the week we’ll be a bit frazzled but happy to have a chat but mainly just crash out at the end of a busy day. We’re a friendly, liberal pair looking for a considerate, self-sufficient and fairly quiet person.
We’ve been doing the live-in landlord thing for a number of years now so we’re used to the set up.

You and the deal
If you’re busy with work or study and you’re looking for a peaceful, homely house to come home to during the week, then this place will suit you. The house is big enough to have some peace and also with the garden you can really get away! There is a separate, welcoming dining area for you to enjoy as we occupy the living room for our work etc. For this reason we would prefer someone who goes out to work. There’s plenty of houseplants and a nice view of the front garden from the dining table.

The price includes the bills (council tax, water, energy and fibre broadband). The only thing not provided for you is loo roll...a lesson we’ve learned 😂
