Double en-suite bedroom in our spacious family home with fitted wardrobe , double bed & Tv . Shared kitchen use of facilities, washing machine , tumble dryer etc. Meals can be included most evenings as we both love home cooking! We are live in landlords 51 & 58 & daughter 19. We are a busy household all working / studying full time ! Myself works for the nhs as a Healthcare Care Professional & partner has his own construction company. Daughter is studying a nursing degree. Also have a gorgeous cockapoo & a cat so must like animals. Looking to fill some space now son has flown the nest. We are situated on the edge of the picturesque Cissbury Ring in Findon Valley , great for walking & running. We have a parade of shops nearby for all essentials and bus routes into Worthing Towns lively Centre & seafront approx 4 miles with shops, bars & restaurants. Also Worthing or West Worthing train station with easy access to Brighton , Chichester & London. By car easy access to the A24 & A27 with plenty of parking. Would consider Mon - Fri for less money.
